The word trust is derived from words meaning reliable, safe, and faithful, and today it generally refers to the mutual confidence that supports healthy relationships.
Without trust, we prevent strong relationships from forming, resulting in empty promises, weak connections, and a lack of growth. And yet, when you do have trust, you become empowered with integrity and confidence, empowering relationships with mutual support and benefit.
