How the #POSITIVITY process Works
PHASE 1 [Analysis]: Selection of a program that meets your challenges, goals & obstacles.
PHASE 2 [Design & Develop]: Creation of customized scripts, resources, and tools for delivery. PHASE 3 [Deliver & Implement]: Program delivery—along with the creation of an action plan by each stakeholder for accountability. PHASE 4 [Support & Evaluation]: A 90-day evaluation process that provides support for continued implementation. Most presenters focus solely on Phase 3.
Some offer a cursory analysis with Phase 1, but by skipping this step, you risk buying a program that doesn't meet your needs—wasting both time and resources. Very few offer Phase 2, which is a key step for gaining buy-in from stakeholders. None of our competitors offer Phase 4. Absolutely none. But this step is crucial for empowering and encouraging real growth, development, and change. The magic is in the lead-up and the follow-up. Without it, you're leaving too much to mere chance. Connect with Jonas today to begin Phase 1 by discussing your challenges, goals, and obstacles.
