This session is dedicated to learning the four primary behavior motivators and how to work with them to enable effective communication with others. As a result of this session, you will:

This session is dedicated to engaging your new communication and connecting knowledge and skills as a force for good to influence positive change. As a result of this session, you will:
This session is dedicated to learning the four primary behavior motivators and how to work with them to enable effective communication with others. As a result of this session, you will:
- Explain the four primary fears that motivate behavior,
- identify your own behaviour style,
- and select strategies for communicating with others effectively using the DISC Communication Rubric.
WEEK 2: Connection Practices
This session is dedicated to exploring strategies for overcoming obstacles to connecting with others to empower meaning relationships. As a result of this session, you will:
- Recognize real and perceived barriers to connecting with others,
- practice verbal and nonverbal communication techniques,
- select strategies for authentically connecting with others.
WEEK 3: Influencing Strategies
This session is dedicated to engaging your new communication and connecting knowledge and skills as a force for good to influence positive change. As a result of this session, you will:
- Identify the three key relationships in the relationship compass,
- explain when to use each of the four influencing styles,
- identify your preferred influencing style,
- and create a plan for using your communication, connecting, and influencing knowledge and skills to be a force for good for the people and communities your serve.
