"The expectations of life depend upon diligence; the mechanic that would perfect his work must first sharpen his tools." — Confucius
Even a skilled and careful builder is subjected to the limitation of the available resources. If all we have is straw to build a shelter with, then a shelter we will build, but if we are given a pile of bricks then we will certainly build a much sturdier structure.
The Magic Word Tools reminds us to inventory our resources compared to the mission before us, and then mindfully invest in education and training to grow and develop our talents and skills to gain the valuable tools that we need to live our life’s purpose.
What tools and resources do you have access to? Are the enough to get your job done? If not what tools will you need to add to your “toolbox” next? What can you do today to move closer to obtaining these resources?
