It’s often said that if we want to go fast then we should go alone, but that if we want to go far then we must go together.
I don’t know about you, but the projects I’m working on are bigger than me. My dreams are beyond my capability, so the only way I’m going to be able to go the distance with them is by making meaningful connections with people that I trust—people who are experts in their own field of capabilities.
The Magic Word Teamwork reminds us to connect with others who we can trust to do what they do best and who likewise can trust us to do what we do best.
