"Walking is my main method of relaxation. I don't go over my lines or try to solve the world's problems, I just enjoy the scenery and the wildlife." — Kevin Whately
Positive people are resilient people, and the most resilient people are those who develop high value relationships. If you or someone you know needs more positivity then take action today by starting a conversation with me.
Every year I make sure I have a few days to myself and simply relax. This time away from people, from work, from responsibilities, and from everyday life is a great recharge to ensure that I'm able to stay focused while in the trenches.
But beyond the few days away, it's important to take a few moments every day to be alone with our thoughts—to reflect, to meditate, to pray, to do whatever it is that we need to do to stay sane in the ever increasingly crazy world.
What are you doing today to ensure that you have the stamina to sustainably continue your work?
