I never really had a formal mentor until just a few years ago, but mentors truly come in a shapes and sizes. They may be informal mentors—like a family member, a neighbor, a business associate, or maybe a boss—who happily share their wealth of knowledge to help you level-up your own skills, knowledge, and confidence. I've certainly had a number of informal mentors growing up, including family members and teachers. How about you? Or, they may be formal mentors—who you pay to coach you professionally in some area of your life—whether for your career, a hobby, or perhaps for overall personal growth and development. Over the past few years I've had a number of professional mentors for different areas of my own life, including business coaches, magic coaches, and spiritual coaches. How about you? Mentors truly do come in all shapes in sizes, but they all have two main things in common: They are people who have done what you want to do and have been to where you want to be. They know the way, show the way, and go way—empowering you to grow and develop in areas of your life that matters. REFLECTION
