The word authenticity is derived from words meaning original, trustworthy, and reliable, and today it generally refers to the quality of being real and genuine.
Without authenticity, you risk losing your true self to the whims of social winds, potentially losing your character as quickly as a sandcastle is destroyed during high tide.
And yet, when you are authentic, what you say and what you do dance in harmony with who you really are, allowing your true genuine self to shine everywhere you go, and empowering you to remain true to yourself regardless of where you are and what you are doing.
The question becomes, what can you do to ensure you remain true to yourself with genuine authenticity?
