End Your Meeting On a Positive Note

Imagine how your MA Cemetery Association members will feel after experiencing the following scenarios at the annual meeting:
George Milley is standing front and center when all of a sudden his head grows THREE SIZES BIGGER! It will look like a camera trick—but remember, this is live and in-person. Everyone will immediately want to see it again, but this time his head SHRINKS! This moment demonstrates how what we choose to focus on shapes our experience of the world around us.
While sharing their childhood dreams, four of your association members create a memorable bonding experience that helps them discover their throughline—the values that inform who they are and how they express who they are in all that they do. This is a truly inspiring moment that everyone has the opportunity to learn from.
And finally, while attempting to escape from a straitjacket, I am challenged to find three selected playing cards from a shuffled deck of cards! Comedy ensues, but only two of the selected cards are found. Rather than giving up, we cut open a lemon to find the final card hiding inside! This moment is a reminder to not give up too soon.

Learning Objectives
As a result of this 3-hour presentation, your staff will:
- Focus on constructive possibilities rather than ruminate on destructive problems and identify reminders for maintaining a growth mindset and an internal locus of control.
- Identify the relationship between their inner primary purpose and outer secondary purpose, and create a plan for allowing the two to dance in harmony.
- Explain what the four key relationship categories are, identify at least one person in their life from each category, and implement strategies for intentionally investing in these relationships.
- Create a plan implementing their knowledge and skills to overcome real or perceived obstacles to face their challenges and achieve their goals with clarity, confidence, and courage.

The investment for this program includes one 45-minute presentation on Friday April 7 at the Patriot Place Hotel. This investment also includes access to follow-up resources to support members who wish to implement the material, including a 30, 60, and 90-day virtual follow-up sequence to track their progress.
