In this session you will learn principles and practices that will empower you to work with the current of change for your growth and development. As a result of this session, you will:
  • Differentiate the three stages of change.
  • Be able to explain the three essential skills that empower people to make positive changes.
  • Implement four practices for developing and honing psychological flexibility.
Filling Your Well: a smiling heart

​​SESSION 2: A Happy Heart
In this session you will identify everyday practices that tend to your overall well-being. As a result of this session, you will:
  • Identify essential elements of well-being that promote a growth mindset.
  • Discern daily habits that contribute to your experience of joy.
  • Create an action for implementing well-being practices into your everyday life.
What's Your Story? An open book

​​SESSION 3: What's Your Story?
In this session you will curate empowering stories to tell yourself for enhanced clarity, confidence, and courage. As a result of this session, you will:
  • Identify your negativity bias and learn how to level the playing field to overcome it.
  • Write your origin story 
  • Create tangible anchors to remind and reinforce your stories that empower you to continue moving forward.

Jonas Cain, M.Ed. is a storyteller, magician, musician, and facilitator of fascination, assisting individuals, teams, and communities in “Being Well by Living Well” to experience abiding joy.
​

Jonas holds a Masters of Education in Learning Systems Design from Purdue University, has been recognized by Parenting 2.0 as a Global Presence Ambassador in recognition of his pioneering contributions to the field of Life Skills education, and is the author of numerous books on personal growth focusing on what inspires, motivates, and enables people to initiate and manage change.

In his spare time, Jonas enjoys climbing mountains, playing the ukulele, and spending time with Pumpkin and Mr. Scoots.

FUN FACT: Jonas can solve the Rubik's Cube in 90-seconds or less!
